Publisher Description
"Rough and rugged, sensual and seductive," ~ Erin Noelle, USA Today Bestselling Author
I protect what's mine.
The ranch, my family, our buried secrets.
Nothing will stop me from reassembling the life that went terribly wrong.
Not the law.
Not our enemies.
Not even Maybe Quinn.
The gorgeous, quarrelsome journalist shouldn't have meddled.
I shouldn't have let her stay.
But she's hiding something in those deceptive blue eyes.
Something deeper than her thirst for a news story.
I make a deal with her to buy time.
To unravel her lies. To play with her. To satisfy my darker appetites.
When she buckles beneath my belt, I'll send her away.
Unless I buckle first.
TRAILS OF SIN series (HEAs with no cliffhangers - must be read in order):
Knotted #1 - Jake and Conor
Buckled #2 - Jarret and Maybe
Booted #3 - Lorne and Raina

Blisteringly hot
I do so love an interconnected series - but I do so hate waiting between installments. The best things about such a series by Pam is that a. she never makes us wait long, and b. they are well and truly worth it.
After reading Knotted, I was more than a little curious about Jake’s seemingly fun twin, Jarret. But as is often the case with these things, Jarret has a delicious dark side - not least because of his and Jake’s two-man mission to rid the world of threats to Conor. No, the dark side I’m referring to is more in line with what he does in the bedroom.
Enter Maybe Quinn. Hurt, lost and looking for answers. What she gets is love in the most unlikely place and a scorching hot education about herself in the process.
If you’ve read Knotted - and you should before you try Buckled, trust me - then you know there’s a lot more to these books than sexy cowboys and the women who bring them to their knees. The story takes us further into the strife at the ranch, answers some of our burning questions while posing still more, and then takes a few jagged turns into angsty, delicious heartache.
Pam’s writing is evocative and her characters are well explored and genuine. I can very much picture such a ranch existing in East-Nowhere, USA. And boy, do I wish I could visit!
We are so close to Lorne’s story now, I can almost taste it. I’m imagining a pretty explosive conclusion to this modern, twisty take on cowboys and I can’t wait!
