Inspiring Nordic recipes & living life to the fullest

If you are in love with the Scandinavian design and style, you’ll definitely love this gorgeous cookbook. The recipes are simple to put together yet so fresh and mouthwatering. I particularly love the very well-planned menus which are perfect for my family with so many gatherings and parties.

There’s more than food in Cabin Fever. You can find the “purity and freshness” in the amazing photography by Shellie and Ewen. And through the stories and the foods, they share with us a beautiful way of appreciating things around and a philosophy for a happy, meaningful life. I will cherish this book for a long time to come.

Such a wonderful book

Thank you for sharing this wonderful book. The recipes are fabulous, and delicious as I have tasted a few! The stories are wonderful and really capture the heart of the people and places. As always the photography is incredible and brought back so many memories of my trips to the Arctic with you both. Thank you Shellie and Ewen for sharing this book which I know was written from the heart.

Awesome

The stories of cabin life really drew me in, and gave me a deep sense of the beauty that can be found in secluded locations, the sharing of food, and spending time with good people. The elegance displayed throughout the 400 pages (!) here is really magnificent. Not only do I want to try these delicious creations, but I want to visit these gorgeous locations asap.
Shellie and Ewen seem to genuinely love what they do, and their authenticity shines through in this unique publication. Very impressive.
