Nevertheless, fans of gritty paranormal romance will appreciate the strong and emotional story, which builds slowly to an exciting, if rushed, conclusion.

Riveting
It took a bit for me to get my head into this book but it was well worth the effort. I really enjoyed the developing story and became invested in the characters. I also appreciated a novel, if in my eyes, premise and back story of the dragon kings. I’m looking forwarded reading the rest of the series.
