Call you mine
Getting to know Beacon much better was a delight . Finding out Grace was Ainsley and masons daughter was such a great revelation . To enjoy Chris and Gabe even in a small scene was fabulous . Can't wait for the next two books .
Loved it
Call You Mine is an entertaining read and I was invested in this story from the first to the last chapter. Beacon and Grace have been friends since they were children and the friendship is strong and true. Grace is shy and awkward and despite trying has not found love, more because Beacon is determined to block my relationships at every turn.
When Grace turns to Beacon to help her instead of constantly blocking her, you just know that there is going to be some fun times ahead. The characters were entertaining and the story well written. The connection between Grace and Beacon is soul deep and as they began to explore their feelings I had a hard time putting this book down when real life got in the way.
The journey that Grace and Beacon embark on, the emotions and feelings that emerge was heart warming and the love they discovered made this an emotional, romantic love story and one I highly recommend.
Entertaining read
I was excited to be back with The Bakers Creek Billionaire Brothers and I wasn’t disappointed, Call You Mine was everything I expected and so much more. In book 4 we get to know Beacon and G (Grace) as well as catching up with the other brothers and their partners. Each book can be read as a stand-alone although I’m sure once you meet one of the residents of Baker’s Creek you will certainly want to know more about the rest of them. Like his brothers before him Beacon had no desire to live in Baker’s Creek but the will stipulates all of the brothers and their partners need to live there for 18 months or all of them will lose their inheritance. Beacon is a man of few words except when he is involved with his music, he is a mystery but he has a wonderful relationship with the shy, awkward, cello playing G. The frontman for the band Too Far Away From Grace means he could have any woman he wants and that makes him the perfect teacher for G when she decides it’s time to start dating...... Sounds easy right, teach G everything I know about dating......problem is it should be me she is dating. So that’s how Beacon and G end up in Baker’s Creek and that’s when the fun and games begin...... Call You Mine ticked all my boxes, it has the perfect mix of love, passion and humour, it will make you smile, it will make you laugh and at times it will make you cry but if you love romantic comedy, steamy romances with alpha makes and strong heroines this is the book for you.
