Not for me
I read a lot of books and I really need them to pull me in within the first couple of chapters. As there will never be enough time in the world to read as many books as I need to!
And this just didn’t pull me in after the first few chapters. I’m not the biggest fan of third person writing. And there was too much background too quickly. I don’t like to read their entire life story in the first chapter. I like it to slowly unfold through the book to give some musters and slowly round out the character. It was a DNF for me sorry.
