Challenge Based Learning is an engaging multidisciplinary approach to teaching and learning that encourages learners to solve real-world problems, collaborate, ask good questions, think deeply, develop subject knowledge, identify and solve challenges, take action and share their experiences. This book documents the process of a Challenge Based Learning program based around the Big Idea of 'Power.' It provides a detailed insight into the planning, process and final solutions created by teachers and students as a part of the program. We share our planning, experiences and learning journey along with student outcomes from running CBL. Support material includes planning documents, lesson ideas, student examples, resources and links to Australian Curriculum outcomes. This book provides an invaluable look into how the CBL framework can work in the everyday classroom.
