Don't buy if looking for new recipes

Downloaded this book in the hope of finding new recipes. I'm on week 3 of the "4 week body blitz" & getting bored of the same old recipes. Sadly the few recipes included in this book, are pretty much the same ( if not exactly the same) and not in an easy to view format ( not categorised into low carb/high carb as in the other book) I'm sure the other info included has some merit but not for me, and not what I was looking for.
