Interesting read but the structure gets irritating
NPH delivers a heartfelt memoir which is full of great anecdotes...BUT the "choose your own adventure" format gets seriously irritating.
I read it straight through and it still made sense but the format just seemed forced by the end. Also it's full of useless info which starts as endearing (magic tricks, cocktail recipes) but ends up getting in the way of a life story that didn't need any embellishments to make it interesting.
Nevertheless, glad I read it.
