With a name like mine everyone assumes Christmas is my favorite time of year.

Tis the season
Tis the season, it’s the most magical time of the year. It was wonderful to be back in Blizzard Bluff. Laramie Briscoe is a relatively new author to me and I cannot understand how I have not read more books of this authors before.
I adore stories set around the holidays, the fact that it is set in a small town was an added bonus. When I read the heroine’s name was Merry Lights I knew that I had to read Christmas At Candy Cane Lane .
I fell hard and fast for Merry and Beckett, they were well suited for one another. Merry owns the Blizzard Bluff bakery and the holidays are her busiest time of the year. The fact that she dislikes Christmas puts pressure on her.
Being snowed in with Beckett at the bakery is not something either expected but the sparks ignite between them. Although a quick read it still ticked a lot of boxes for me as Merry and Beckett embark on their journey to love.
Could the magic of the holiday season give these two the love that neither knew they were looking for?

If you are looking for a perfect holiday read look no further than Merry and Beckett’s magical story from Blizzard Bluff. I love Christmas so this novella was always going to be on my radar and let me just say it was everything I expected and it certainly was Merry, Bright and ready to go all night.
Merry is the owner of Blizzard Bluff’s bakery and Christmas is one of her busiest times of the year but this year she has help from a local construction worker looking for some extra cash during the winter. Beckett is good with his hands and with instruction can turn his hands to anything but what happens when a surprise blizzard hits town and ge finds himself stuck with the hottest baker he has ever seen.

This quick read ticked all my boxes, I smiled, I swooned but more importantly I was left excited for upcoming holiday season. A magical read from the very talented Ms Briscoe.
