A serial killer is on the loose in Washington County, Florida. When Midge Williams, wife of Sheriff Seth Williams, learns the latest victim is one of her Rowe High School students, she and her closest colleagues decide to conduct their own investigation. It's all fun and games until one of them gets murdered.
