Circa ’66

CIRCA '66 is an book consisting of ninety two photographs taken in Chicago, Philadelphia and Washington D.C. These images detail everyday life and societal issues during the years 1966 - 68.


It includes photographs taken during anti-Vietnam War demonstrations as well as street life in that time. 


In addition to the images there is a twenty one minute stream of half-frame street portraits taken in Philadelphia. The image stream is accompanied by a soundtrack that consists of news reports and interviews in a sound collage, modified by the Moog synthesizer.
