Publisher Description
One step out of routine changed everything...
Shapeshifter Prince Jarlath Leandros of the planet Viros is a man who understands duty. As heir, he's had his future as leader of the House of the Cat mapped since childhood. Boring! Jarlath yearns for an indefinable more.
Keira Cloud is beautiful and sexy, she's independent and confident, and not only is she an enemy from the House of Cawdor, but her stepchildren accuse her of murder. Not a suitable woman for the prince, but Jarlath aches to claim her.
When the House of the Cat comes under attack, Jarlath is thrust into the middle of danger where life or death is the only option. A war is brewing, one that brands Jarlath and Keira enemies, yet their hearts shout otherwise and their animal selves—the leopard and the crow—care nothing for conventional barriers. Right or wrong, passion blooms out of control and with the city under siege soon Jarlath's life is anything but boring. Now all he needs to do is survive…

Wicked 2nd book for the series
I wish I'd been able to read this earlier on, I'm not sure why it's taken me so long to read this book. Within the first chapter I was drawn into the story, sucked in & not wanting to get out... well that is until it was after 2am & I was in need of sleep. Another long read, over 700 of them (on iBooks again) don't let that number daunt you... You get transfered into the story, drawn into the action, romance, scenes described & soon you have quickly devoured this book. 'Claimed & Seduced' is book 2 in the "House of the Cat" series, I do reccommend you read from the start as there is so much information in the first book that help you understand this one.
Prince Jarlath is predictable, boring, always doing the same thing, following the same paths, doing as he's told, until one day he decides to take a different route in his daily ride.... changing everything in his life. Kira is out picking berries & meets Jarlath in the forest by her farm, widowed, with only her servants to keep company she enjoys the interruption of her day. But things on planet Viros are about to hit boiling point.....
I loved everything about this book & at first I was a bit dissappointed the previous characters didn't get mentioned, it was still brilliantly written & made up for that. So much detail, action packed, heated, always moving forward towards an ending that riveted me. I loved reading the different POV's & getting the knowledge of the planet & the ways of life for all living there. I can't wait to read what happens next in the "House of Cat" series.
