An intense read
I was given an ARC of "Cole" from the author, in exchange for an honest review.
I couldn't wait to start reading 'Cole' I wanted to jump right in & find more out about Cole. What a read, everything that I'd come to love about Kenzie's previous books is all in here. 'Cole' is book 3 in Kenzie's series "Black Bear Outlaws", which in turn is a part of the "Mating Fever" collection. A set of books from 8 authors, 8 different packs & an individuals story on finding their mate.
Starlet Amberly's life is in danger, after a stalker takes it too far, her PI directs her to Black Bear Outlaws for her personal protection, placing her under Cole & his brothers protection. But when the stalker is able to find her in the small town, they go deeper into the wilderness to protect Amberly.
Oh my, that was intense, once I started I was riveted! I LOVED how everything came together, when Cole & his brothers get a hint who could be the stalker NOTHING stops them... add in the action, tension, steamy scenes. I LOVED every second of it & can't wait to read the next book in the series.
