Publisher Description
A swoon-worthy romance from USA Today Bestselling Author J.H. Croix!
An ex-military pilot and a sassy yoga teacher collide in a small town.
Diego is distracting. He shows up in my yoga class with his smokin’ hot bod and enough brawn to set the world on fire. Cue the melting.
He oozes the rugged hero vibe, rides a motorcycle and flies planes in the wilds of Alaska. He’s all man and then some.
I came to this small town for a fresh start, and I don’t need to be rescued. Except maybe if Diego’s the one doing the rescuing, then I wouldn’t mind at all.
I’ve got it all under control until he kisses me. I’m not just melting, I’m aflame, and my heart’s in free fall. There’s only one man I want to catch me.
Diego & Gemma’s story is perfect for readers who love small town shenanigans, military heroes, sassy heroines, friends to lovers, slow burn, emotional romance with a dash of angst, plenty of steam and swoon, and a grumpy hero with a serious protective streak.
*A full-length, standalone romance.

Gemma and Diego
Diego and Gemma start as friends but quickly become more. Their story is sweet and heartfelt with both overcoming past hurts but willing to be open to new love. Gemma's past is a hurdle they need to work through especially when it triggers Diego's fears of history repeating. There are lots of friends and family to keep these two from missing out on love. As always visiting Alaska is a great escape.
Loved it
J H Croix is a relatively new author to me but what I have read I have really enjoyed. I love stories set in small towns and Come To Me ticked the boxes for me. I could easily visualize Diamond Creek, Alaska and found the story to be well written and entertaining.
This is Diego and Gemma’s story and one I was invested in from the first to the last chapter. I was intrigued by Diego, a gruff, rugged, alpha male who I fell for hard and fast, whilst Gemma is a woman that I would be happy to call a friend, she is kind and caring, not to mention sassy and she could hold her own against Diego.
The chemistry that sizzles between them is hard to ignore and despite being badly burnt in the past Diego slowly opens himself to Gemma. Diego is totally swoon worthy and I loved everything about him, especially his caring and support of Gemma. Gemma has had her own tragedy and it was heartwarming as they opened up to one another and their relationship blossomed..
This is a heart warming story of love and romance and one that I thoroughly enjoyed and left me with a smile on my face.
