Six of the world’s leading business schools –  ESSEC Business School;  Keio Business School;  School of Management, Fudan University;  Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth; the  University of Mannheim, Business School; and  FGV-EAESP, Brazil – came together under a shared commitment and belief in the power of academic excellence, global outlook, innovation, business excellence, social responsibility, humanism and transformational leadership came together to form The Council on Business and Society.

The 1st Annual International Forum of the Council on Business and Society  brought together leading academics, business leaders, students and policy-makers to form a multicultural, multi-level assembly of participants to cover the issues and insights around the theme of  Corporate Governance and Leadership. The output from this prestigious gathering supplies the basis for this White Paper that includes five chapters:
