Corruption Creeps in Secular India

Advani, has publicly declared that the Indian union is Known/over the world as among the most corrupt countries of the world. The pace at which cases of corruption are emerging in India indicates as if it is the most corrupt country of the world. One really wonders if this is true picture being painted by the media and international press (whom Indians charge as conspirators.)
