was expecting more
i’m in love with the magnolia parks universe but this recent book just didn’t have the same quality as the others. there was very limited plot/ information that hadn’t already been introduced in Magnolia Parks: the long way home, which made reading often boring as it was predictable. Daisy and Christian were cute, but just didn’t quite have that depth like Magnolia and BJ. Similarly, Julian and Magnolia were fun to see but most of Julian’s accounts were about his acceptance for his love for magnolia which i’m sure readers had easily determined already from book 3. Feel like this series could’ve gone without this unnecessary addition but I enjoyed Jessa Hastings’ writing and am excited for the next magnolia parks book hopefully!
