Dangerous Mountain Search

A K-9 rescue operation turns into a treacherous trap.

Trapped in a flood-ravaged mountain town, Tessa Carr and her search-and-rescue partner, Jared Hayes, race to save lives with their K-9s — unaware they’re being hunted. Cut off from the outside world, danger lurks among the very people they’re trying to help. When accidents turn out to be deliberate attacks, it becomes clear that someone in their midst is an enemy driven by revenge. Haunted by his past failure to protect Tessa’s brother, Jared is determined not to let history repeat itself. He’ll do whatever it takes to shield Tessa and their loyal dogs, even if he doesn’t make it out of this mission alive.
