Dead Air
It begins and never stops flowing until the last word. It has a superb plot, remarkable for its vivid grasp of the ordinary, and surely one of the best, most knowledgeable, innocents as the leading character to be found anywhere in literature.
This is great writing. Always clever, often surprising, finely crafted without pretension.
