A brilliant addition to the series
WOW, Noelle Holten knows how to weave a tale! Extremely dark, intense and not for the faint hearted, this is a tale of revenge and the lengths one will go to in getting it.
I enjoyed being back with DC Maggie Jamieson, who I just love more with each book, and her team who all have their work cut out for them with this case. At the helm is a perpetrator who you can’t help but feel sympathy for and it is definitely a case of the wrong thing done for the right reason, is still the wrong thing.
Raw, gritty and just downright thrilling, Dead Mercy is another brilliant addition to this wonderful series. With a stellar cast of characters, writing that is first class and with each book drawing on Holten’s experience as a former senior probation officer, makes them all the more authentic and such a success!
