Great Read!!!
I bought this book on a whim, and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the writing and the way the story just pulls you in. If you like WWII era romance, then this book is for you. Once I started reading it, I couldn't put it down and I would eagerly anticipate the time when I could read some more.
Lovely but....
A really lovely story. I really enjoyed the setting of 1940's war time, something different.
The only thing was the religious part of the story line was just a little too over the top.
I do realise it was a different time and things were more serious in that respect compared to now.
Still great characters and war makes for a fascinating back drop
