Diverticulitis diet cookbook.

This is not the book for someone who is recovering from diverticulitis. It suggests the FODMAP diet for recovering, however the recipes include things in the diet that should not be consumed on a low fibre diet. Please beware of these receipts as they could cause more harm than good!
