Faulty book!
This book is broken
I bought this on pre-order, when it was available I downloaded it, it downloads 80 pages, which is made up of the first 2 pages of the book repeated for 80 pages. There is another listing for this book at $1.99 which I also paid for and it is the pages which were available in the pre-order. So disappointing that this was not checked/tested before making it available!
