Publisher Description
Navy SEAL.
Mercenary.
Ghost.
Joining the military wasn't a choice, it was survival. The Navy was the last place they'd think to look for me. Hiding in plain sight, I lived in the shadow of deployments… until an off-the-books mission put me in the crosshairs of my past.
My cover blown, I walked away from the SEALs and sought refuge at the one place where I'd be more invisible than on the Teams—Alpha Elite Security. As a Black Ops government contractor, AES was the world's leading provider of security solutions. High stakes, higher price tag, and complete anonymity. Taking any AES assignment that guaranteed action, trained to kill long before the military put a gun in my hand, I fit right in.
But then I made a mistake. A single misstep and I was face to face with the only woman who could kill me faster than a bullet.

Read this series
I always highly anticipate Sybil’s next release and this one certainly was worth the wait. Echo is soooooo hot and his girl was his perfect match. He is such a hand full badass of an alpha. Loved the appearances by some of my other favourite men. Well done Sybil, now I can’t wait for Whiskey!
Same
If you’re thinking to buy this book, don’t, because you have already read it in any of the earlier books of the series. It is the same. Same alpha brutal hot guy. Same sheltered, hopeless, useless, spineless, isolated female that is uninspiring and made me want to give her a friend to tell her not to go for this guy who is awful and she feels beholden to. The women in this series are the same - no mother and no backbone. Gosh I wish just one of these women in the series would get on the internet - because this is a 21st century book. So unrealistic. I’m disappointed because I thought this author was capable of more.
I hated these characters and I cannot deny that the writing gave me heart palpitations. It’s like I can’t help but feel even when I’m fed up with the exact same characters in this series.
Echo - you took me on a journey
I have said it many times, Sybil you have a gift and it just gets better with every book. You did capture his depth and oh boy I was in deep. Dangerous, lethal as all hell and hot AF. I lost time reading this one. If there were 10 stars I give them all to you.
