Elmo Eveings

When Elmo comes back from his holiday early he finds that his whole immediate family had just died in a house fire. Never forgiving himself for not being there to save the people he loved Elmo retreats into his emotional shell. Not coping well with all the stages of mourning Elmo leaves the country of his birth. He ties to leave his early life behind. Getting a job in Florida he is hiding in a clerical position. Elmo avoids promotion opportunities for ten years.
