“ELVIS A. EAGLE: A Magical Adventure” is a story in the tradition of ‘Jonathan Livingston Seagull’- written for the new Millennium.


It takes you through a life-long journey of a bald eagle born in captivity. This powwow-trained entertainer extraordinaire (aptly named Elvis), leaves his gilded cage, rejects super-stardom for freedom and accepts a secret mission of the utmost importance. 


The story captures imagination of children of all ages. It can be read on several levels and some readers claim it is a mystery novel with a hidden meaning, describing the “after-life” life of Elvis Presley, the King of Rock & Roll. However, the Author ascertains us it is simply a story about people, eagle and life. 


It describes our relationship with the eagle in all of us, the messenger between heaven and earth, symbol of spirit and vision – longing to be free. It is a story about growing wise and getting in touch with one’s own soul. It is about accepting new ideas while moving forth, and leaving outgrown ideas behind. It is about love and friendship. It tells us how to conquer one’s fear of the unknown by embracing love and the magic of life.
