Time for personal renewal

There comes a time in our lives when we feel stale, and we're constantly feeling frustrated if not angry because time keeps getting away from us.

That was me before I read this book. Now I'm back on track - or better still, on a new track - thanks to the concepts and self help activities in this book.

Take the time to do the activities, especially the one on scheduling - that has probably made the biggest difference in my life. It made me identify my priorities and now I'm not spending 14 hours a day on work and spending more time on things I like, or things that have to be done that I'd otherwise put off and neglect.

I hope you find this book as rewarding as I have.
