This was a short, hot and steamy novella about Gavin Pruitt and Goldie River who meet when Goldie needs a date for a wedding. Hiring escort Gavin was the best idea she ever came up with. I liked Goldie when she appeared in Desiring the Dancer and this one only added to how much I liked her.
Gavin is everything that Goldie wants, he’s hot, confident and she has a hard time resisting him and the thoughts that are on constant play in her brain. I loved the banter and their interaction,particularly at the wedding.
The passion that sizzles between them is too much to ignore. The characters were easy to relate to and likeable. Although it was a very quick read, it was fun and entertaining. A steamy read that will heat you up.
