Publisher Description

The Farm Credit Bank of Baltimore (the Bank) sued Angel Ferrera-Goitia, his wife Annie Bosch-Velez, and their conjugal partnership (collectively, the appellants) to foreclose a mortgage and satisfy an ancillary debt. Nearly six and one-half years after the district court entered a default judgment against them and two and one-half years after the court confirmed the foreclosure sale, the appellants appeared for the first time and sought relief under Fed. R. Civ. P. 60(b)(4). The district court denied the appellants motion as untimely and unjustified. We affirm the district courts order.
