Publisher Description

At issue in this appeal is whether an automobile insurance policys exclusion for injuries sustained while "occupying" a motorcycle applies when an insured suffers injury as a result of being thrown from a motorcycle. On cross motions for summary judgment, the trial court answered in the affirmative and entered judgment in favor of Farmers Insurance Co. We agree and affirm.
