Federal Trade Commission v. Gibson

This is an appeal from an order of the district court requiring that appellants H.R. Gibson, Sr., H.R. Gibson, Jr., and G.P. Gibson comply with three identical subpoenas duces tecum issued by the Federal Trade Commission in connection with an investigation of the pricing policies of the Gibson Products Company and its franchisees. Finding the arguments of appellants to be without merit, we affirm the district court's order. I.
