Customer Reviews
Love this book
I really loved this book and managed to maintain a healthy weight right up until a month before I delivered because of it. Then I let things go, stopped eating well and started doing nothing. I only wish I'd stuck to the delicious recipes throughout my pregnancy and during breastfeeding.
I'd like to see more recipes that are freezer friendly in the next version/next book. It's very hard to eat healthy with a new born bub who feeds every few hours. Post birth, I gained the most weight. (No breastfeeding didn't help).
Now that bub is older I cook a lot of the meals in this and am finding I have more energy. I particularly love the salads and so does hubby!
This is not a book you'll pass on to a friend. It'll become a much treasured cook book. Highly nutritious and delicious!
