Filipino Flavors

This book is about the food we grew up with and ate every day in the Philippines.  The recipes are simple and more importantly delicious.  We always go back to these recipes whenever we are homesick.   Proudly Filipino, each recipe has a story and wonderful memories of birthday parties, noche buenas, family gatherings and just simple, everyday home cooked meals.

During the past 12 months, while COVID raged around the world and we were stuck isolating at home, we cooked and we ate the food that made us happy and brought us together.  This collection of recipes are the first in a series from our daily menus.
