Finding True Happiness

Every living human being has a physical body, a temporary house, but we also have a source from which we have come, a permanent house. The Spiritual Path begins for you when you have a desire to reconnect to that source. And then you are faced with a dilemma: how do you reconnect to your Source?
In “Finding True Happiness”, author Imre Vallyon explains that to attain true, lasting happiness in our lives we need to first consider whether we are searching in the right direction, in the right way, for happiness. When we reach that point in our Journey when we know that nothing in this physical world can truly give us the lasting happiness we are seeking, we can easily become overwhelmed by the conflicting ideas of the many religions and spiritual traditions in the world.
