Flightless Wings

The line between fact and fiction is often thin. Although this story is fictional, it is based on fact. Tommy is the fictitious name given to a real person with real hopes, dreams, and hurts. All through elementary school he was Thomas A. Davis, the kid living with the Bickerstaffs. He called them Mom and Dad but the name he saw on school papers and report cards were a constant reminder that he didn't truly belong.
