Forever Rain

Rain stood out at her high school as much as her odd name did, and there was just one reason for it: she was poor at a rich kid's school. All she wanted was to keep to herself and make it through her last year with a scholarship that would get her out of Bountiful and away from her alcoholic father and drug addict mother, and it would have been just fine if Damon hadn't came knocking down her walls.

He was one of the rich kid alright, and not only that, but he was handsome, and tall, and all the things she should avoid. But Damon showed her that his life was not all that it seemed, and he just wanted one fun year together, before they both left the small town and went to opposite coasts of the country to pursue their dreams.

One year, and that was it, but life never plays out as it should, as pain and secrets unraveled, and both are left in shards of glass. There was, though, that one secret that Rain had held from Damon after years of not speaking, and he may never forgive her for it.
