Neuroplasticity is the new theory of how the brain can change/heal itself. With this knowledge, a creative technology was developed and used to improve cognition by artificially improving the thought processes of the human brain. 

However, the technology developed, called the ithinkPad, was taken by a nefarious global organization, covertly supported by the CIA and the Pentagon, to be used for criminal activity. But the twist in the tail is the way in which John Tilbury, ex SAS, ASIO spook and his assassin mate Thomas Black track down these evil people who used the ithinkPad for illicit intelligence gathering and impacting the lives of innocent people.
