Gailani v. Riyad Bank

OPINION ON REMAND Tawfic Al Gailani and Abdallah Adel appeal from a summary judgment on a note in favor of Riyad Bank, Houston Agency. In three issues, Appellants argue that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment for Riyad Bank and that the trial court erred in striking Al Gailani's counterclaim. We reverse the summary judgment and remand to the trial court for further proceedings.
