Publisher Description
Appellant was convicted, in a jury trial, of the offense of murder and sentenced to 99 years. She brings nine grounds of error: the trial court erred in denying the requested instruction on the lesser included offense of involuntary manslaughter; it erred in overruling appellants motion to suppress results of tests performed on the body of the deceased; the evidence is insufficient to support a conviction because the State failed to prove that appellant committed an act clearly dangerous to human life; the evidence is insufficient to support a conviction because the State failed to prove the "corpus delicti" of the offense; and the court erred in admitting evidence of five extraneous transactions. We will overrule all of appellants grounds of error and affirm the judgment of conviction.
