 I believe that is one of the biggest lies ever perpetuated. Words have extreme power to hurt us. Words a person or persons have spoken over you can easily stay with you a lifetime, if you are not willing to do the work to create the words that describe you. This book is designed to be concise. To provide answers as if you could only afford to go to a counselor once but you were given some straight to the point knowledge and advice. Advice about some basic concepts in human nature, interactions, and the consequences of those. Once you have started the process with this book it is up to you to continue it.
