God Gluttony and You

Bookstore shelves are lined with diet books, but I have yet to find one that challenges the very root cause of overweight as well as this one. By first seeking help for our attitude, our ability to eat properly will be more successful.
The author challenges us to consider what the Bible says about overeating and then helps us apply these truths to our lives.
It is reassuring that God, through his unconditional love, accepts us as we are, yet as we walk in obedience to him, He sets us free to be all that we are meant to be.
