This is a travel book with a difference! It is the story of an inner journey of self-discovery, connecting with others, with the universe and all that is.


The catalyst for this exploration was the sudden death, aged 41, of the author’s husband. This experience moved her through a time of deep trauma and darkness, into an awakening sense of the future and then forward into a whole new world, full of possibilities.


Going Soul-o charts and explores the themes, issues, challenges, joys and wonders that she encountered on this greatest journey of them all. Heather recounts the story of an inner journey to find her true self; facing the demons and gremlins lurking within whilst reclaiming her inherent sacredness, power and beauty.


Although Going Soul-o is one woman’s tale, it will resonate with anyone who is interested in finding more about their own purpose in life, their place in the universe and discovering who they were born to be.
