Graphics In InDesign CC

This is a fixed layout ePUB of a part from my book, "Writing In InDesign CC producing Books". It is about the creation and use of graphics in InDesign. It solves a major problem for new self publishers: how do I do the graphics? Authors and designers using InDesign to design books are often not aware that InDesign is the replacement for FreeHand as far as drawing is concerned. In many ways, it works better for typographic illustration than Illustrator. If you look at the cover of this book, it was all done in InDesign with a few paths brought in from FreeHand and stylized in InDesign. For book design, Photoshop and InDesign are usually enough, and commonly all you need is InDesign.
