Gruevski--a Reformist Or a Political Make-up Man? (Nova Makedonija (22.05.2009)‪)‬

Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski is defending his reform deals, his renewal steps in a letter to the Constitutional Court. This is a real surprise for me. I know, I have read about big reformists who have broken the resistance of tough social groups and anti-reformist super powers in a far more dramatic way at the times democracy had not been discovered. In the time of democracy, the reformists are in a clinch with the anti-reformists and before starting with the reform they provide a strong political support, cover with propaganda every social segment, discover all possible bottle necks where the reform might get stuck, neutralize such corks and then wage a battle with a team that can bring the project to a successful end. Well, Gruevski has shown in the past three years that he has an original way for working. He invents a project for the well-being of the nation and then leaves it to its fate. If the reform is lucky enough to survive the media mining field, expert ambushes, and the political front, the Macedonian reforms are successfully mined by the Constitutional Court, which has been evinced as an expert for timed bombs. It has already mined the reforms in the health protection, judicial, and educational sectors.
