About Grumpy Special Ops Bear #1:
In the wilderness, love knows no bounds.
Bear shifter, Fergus, is an alpha who specializes in the art of war. With danger lurking around every tree, it is his desire to capture the leader of a renegade wolf shifter pack that drives him.
Until temptation arrives in the form of the captivating feisty human Trinity.
Trinity is everything Fergus has longed for in a mate. Beautiful. Adventurous. Alluring. Yet her simple presence puts his mission in jeopardy. Now, he is left with an agonizing choice: claim the woman of his dreams, or complete his operative.
What will he sacrifice? Love or honor?
A Continuing Story:
Grump Special Ops Bear is told in three installments, or episodes, like a TV show. Each episode, except the last one, includes a cliffhanger!
Customer Reviews
Four and a half stars
The story behind the book is told in 3 parts and this is part 1. This is both good and bad, the good part is there is a lot of character building and some excellent background provided. The bad part is that this book ends in a cliffhanger and I expect part 2 to do likewise. The plot involves 2 shifter groups, one of bears and the other wolves and 1 poor unsuspecting human. There is some humour but there is also underlying tension which escalates as the female human becomes more suspicious and aware that something is about to happen.
Grumpy special Ops Bear book 1
It was good but short. Left you wanting to see what happens next.
For me 140 pages is not a book and the to find out second book is $5.99 and it’s only 80 pages. Why not have it all as 1 book. Then you have to pay again for the 3rd instalment.
Trinity
This fast paced story keeps you turning the pages to find out more about the mysterious Josh Price. Trinity is in way over her head, she knows something is off but she doesn't know just how much danger she is in until it is too late. The story ends on a cliff hanger, but you know that going in, and it just make you want to pick up the next book and keep reading. There is something for everyone in this story, drama, suspense, some romance, action and lots of surprises. A great start to a series.
