The part that really threw me off was how ‘rich’ this book can be. When referring to how to free up time it’s pretty wealthy ideas - use a travel agent, shop local ect. Not everyone has that luxury. This book has beautiful quotes and came from a good heart but the lack of awareness on how the large majority of the world works some of these concepts are for people with money and many people cannot afford to follow such ideas. Other ideas are fantastic and it’s well written and executed. The author has some really beautiful points that connect spiritually and emotionally to the world we live in and how we treat the body. It was a beautiful read.
