Really enjoyable read and honestly couldn’t put it down!

Really enjoyable albeit a little slow through the middle

Thank you for another brilliant book Liane. I truly think this is your best - the stories within a story are vivid, rich and cup-filling. I wish I could think of a way to describe the ultimate page-turner, which is what this book has been for the last two days of a crazy year. I will sleep better as I wish the new year in after spending time with your brilliant book.

Liked the book but it was a tiny bit monotonous and repetitive. The characters didn’t fully develop and it lacked depth

A great read. Full of wisdom and warmth, happy and sad moments, the bizarre and the mundane. Enjoyed getting to know the characters and hearing their inner most thoughts. Thank you, Liane!

Incredible!! Kept me turning pages way too late into the night. Well written, realistically imaginative and unpredictable. All the ingredients for a truly amazing book.

It was a slow burn as we got to understand the lives of all the characters however, the ending seemed incredibly rushed. I was wanting to experience how the characters dealt with their survival. I almost wished I hadn’t bothered to get to known them all if I couldn’t follow them till the end.
