When Dr. Ryan Henry had left Australia, teenager Abbey Wittner had been devastated. Now he was back and the first thing he did on arrival was to knock her off her bicycle!

Abbey was now also a doctor the only doctor for miles, in fact. And, temporarily out of action after the accident, she needed Ryan to act as her replacement.
