A hunky Texas rancher (Sean) and Kayleigh were high school sweethearts but when her parents divorced she moved to New York with her mom. She comes back later to attend her dad’s funeral, as he died unexpectedly. Kayleigh only intends to stay for a week to close up his affairs but she ends up falling in love with the house and town all over again, not to mention with Sean.
