Karl's sister Urszula has now become Empress of the French, making Napoleon Bonaparte  his brother in law. With Central Europe under the thumb of the Pieszczochs, the Emperor of the French turns his attention to the Americas and resumes his disputes with the English there, alarming the Americans. With Marshal Murat in Texas, the Americans are forced to come to their own understanding with the House of Pieszczoch.
